Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time.
Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required.
If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Courtney Ash, PT received her bachelor’s in exercise physiology and a Master of Science in physical therapy. A board-certified physical therapist, she has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. In practice since 2001, she does orthopedic therapy in the knee area.
Tiffany Brogdon, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is certified as a Mulligan practitioner, as well as in dry needling and kinesiotaping. She does McKenzie Method, vestibular rehabilitation, Graston Technique/IASTM and dry needling and specializes in treating headache, head injury, concussion and the hip, foot and ankle areas. In practice since 2005, Tiffany treats patients age 4 and older who have orthopedic conditions ranging from chronic pain to high-level sports injuries. She is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments outside of regular clinic hours.
Austin Felts, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a board-certified physical therapist. In practice since 2018, he specializes in rehabilitation for stroke (acute or chronic), post-surgical knee and chronic neck pain. He does neurological rehabilitation and manual therapy for youth, adults and seniors.
Mark Hornick, PT has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and has been in practice since 1991. He provides therapy for the neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle areas for patients ages 2 and older. Mark sees patients at the Atascocita and Fall Creek locations, and is available to schedule early morning appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Justin Juneau, PTA has a bachelor’s degree and is a board certified physical therapy assistant. Practicing since 2015, Justin helps patients with all regions of the body, and specializes in the knee area.
